Before the first click
Three minutes before opening any account. Not a speech: the three things that separate someone learning from someone losing money quickly.
You will know why the first trade is not there to make money.

Nobody here tells you what to buy
This section is a manual. It shows where the fields are, what each one changes and what happens after the click. At no point does it say which coin to buy, when to buy or how much to put in — and be suspicious of anyone who does, for free, on the internet, knowing nothing about you.
The difference matters because it changes what you should demand from the text. From a manual you demand that the screen described be the real screen. From a recommendation you would demand being right — and nobody can promise that.
Start small, and go the whole way
The first deposit, the first purchase and the first withdrawal are not there to make money. They are there to prove the whole path works: money goes in, becomes a coin, becomes money again and leaves for your bank account.
Do that full round trip with an amount you would not mind losing. People who only deposit and buy discover the withdrawal problem on the worst possible day — the day they need the money.
Leverage is not a shortcut
Leverage multiplies both sides. An account that gains ten times faster loses ten times faster, and the losing side arrives first, because the exchange closes the position by itself when the collateral runs out.
Lesson 06 shows that whole screen. Until then the rule is simple: spot first. Anyone who cannot explain what happens in a simple purchase has no business in futures.
Do not guess. The exchange has support on the screen itself, all day, and a help centre with self-service for the things that get stuck most often. Asking costs nothing; a guess about networks, passwords or withdrawals can cost the whole account.
- I understand that no lesson here recommends buying anything.
- I will do the whole path — deposit, buy, sell and withdraw — with a small amount.
- I will not open futures before finishing the six lessons.
Every screen on the exchange has Customer Support in the footer, and the Help Centre has self-service for the three things that most often get stuck: resetting the password, finishing verification and re-doing the two-step app. If none of that solves it, the written channel is cs@bydfi.com. Do not guess: a ticket costs ten minutes, a guess can cost the account.
